You have applied through us within the last 3 months but did not take out a loan. So we are happy to tell you that we have passed your enquiry to our specialist lender once more. The lender will now reserve the funds you need and the pre-approved paperwork will be sent by them to you by 1st class mail. Allowing for the creation of the documents this means that you should receive the paperwork in no more than 2-3 working days.

To process your loan they will need your signature on the documents and also the signature of a friend or family member who is willing to act as Guarantor for your loan.

Your Guarantor must meet the following criteria:

  • UK Homeowner
  • Over 23 and under 67 years of age
  • Good credit history with no CCJs or defaults
  • Earning over £800 per month

As soon as you and your Guarantor have signed the simple forms, you need to return them to our lender in the freepost envelope that will be sent to you.

You will also need to provide:

  • A recent full month's bank statement from within the last 100 days from both you and your guarantor.
  • A copy of a valid passport, photo driving licence or birth certificate from both of you. Alternatively each of you may provide front and back copies of a valid debit card.
